Community Manager - Colonnade

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Colonnade property in San Jose. The role oversees daily operations of a stabilized mid‑rise community of 221 units, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff and coordinate resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, process bank deposits and ensure timely posting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges and maintain petty‑cash controls.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts and renewals, and conduct periodic apartment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multi‑family housing regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property management or community management experience in a stabilized, mid‑rise residential setting.
• Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with OneSite property management software is preferred.
