Community Manager – Charles North & South (Vineyard, UT)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the Charles North and South property in Vineyard, Utah. The role involves managing daily operations, leading the on‑site team, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably with lease‑up experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze budgets, financial data, and market information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
