About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Bellevue property. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience to ensure the community runs smoothly and complies with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
- Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, rent discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience managing multifamily property operations, including budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multifamily housing.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to drive performance.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
