Community Manager – Albion Oak Park

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Albion Oak Park property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations. This full‑time position requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor performance trends.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and handle bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, conduct inspections, and manage resident complaints and evictions.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain property appearance through regular inspections and oversight of maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
• Valid driver’s license and any state/local real‑estate licenses or certifications.
• Experience using internet, spreadsheet, and word‑processing tools for reporting.
