Community Lead – El Segundo

About the role

As a Community Lead at WeWork’s El Segundo location, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a high‑quality experience and fostering a vibrant community. You will work on‑site daily, managing member interactions, events, and operational tasks that support both individual members and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value.
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs using collected data.
• Follow up in person on negative feedback from conference rooms, tickets, or Medallia responses.
• Resolve issues following the severity scale and ensure solutions meet member expectations.
• Review Medallia feedback to identify improvement areas and implement proactive changes.
• Support front‑desk coverage to maintain consistent on‑site presence.
• Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, new member orientation, and create onboarding materials.
• Conduct move‑out interviews to gather departing member insights.
• Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events based on attendance and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data‑driven feedback systems.
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding member experience.

Required skills

• Experience using the Medallia member experience platform.
