Community Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Jerry.ai is building an all‑in‑one app to simplify car ownership. We need a Community Engagement Coordinator who can authentically represent the brand on platforms where our users discuss finance, insurance, and repairs, such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant communities.
• Create a playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategies, and moments to stay silent.
• Cultivate active, trusted sub‑communities and foster genuine conversations.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy while maintaining authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Track and report metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native voice that resonates on Reddit, TikTok, Quora, and similar sites.
• Strategic mindset focused on building systems, not just ad‑hoc engagement.
• Ability to humanize “boring” or stressful topics and earn trust over quick PR wins.
