Commercial Property Manager

About the role

Healthpeak, a leading healthcare‑focused REIT, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of outpatient medical properties. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and driving financial performance across the assigned sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare system decision‑makers and tenants.
• Coordinate tenant outreach programs, address concerns promptly, and conduct regular tenant meetings.
• Prepare and manage property‑level budgets, cash‑flow reports, and expense variance analyses.
• Review accounts receivable, follow up on delinquencies, and recommend legal action when needed.
• Create 5‑year capital plans, annual operating budgets, and monthly financial reports.
• Inspect buildings, oversee vendor invoices, and ensure compliance with contracts, insurance certificates, and Yardi updates.
• Support leasing activities, tour vacant spaces, and assist with acquisitions and dispositions.
• Collaborate daily with facility maintenance teams and manage pre‑ and post‑move‑in processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience managing healthcare facilities and relationships with healthcare partners.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work onsite five days a week.
• High level of confidentiality and adherence to corporate compliance policies.

• Yardi property management software.
• Building Engines reporting platform.
