Commercial Branding & Transportation Graphics Sales Representative

About the role

The Commercial Branding & Transportation Graphics Sales Representative will manage a multi‑state territory, promote 3M’s branding and graphics solutions, and work closely with distributors, graphic manufacturers and brand owners to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Utah, Idaho and Montana territory, achieving sales targets and establishing self‑directed coverage with manager support.
• Represent 3M products and services to distributors, graphic manufacturers and brand owners.
• Demonstrate and train external customers on product knowledge, applications, systems and procedures.
• Provide guidance to accounts, prospects and peers, balancing direction and leadership as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid driver’s license (company vehicle will be provided).
• At least three years of sales experience in private, public, government or military environments.
• Experience selling through distribution channels.
• Background in branding and graphics.
• Strong presentation abilities and high energy.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to demonstrate products to large audiences.
