Commercial Account Executive

About the role

Box is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its Small‑Medium Business (SMB) sales team. You will be responsible for driving new revenue and expanding existing relationships across companies with 1‑500 employees, helping them adopt Box’s intelligent content management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Research prospects to understand their specific business challenges and articulate how Box adds value.
• Influence key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to move deals forward.
• Develop and execute a territory plan that covers all target accounts within your region.
• Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers to build strong relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Growth‑mindset with a willingness to leverage AI tools to improve decision‑making.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
