Collections Specialist / Credit Analyst – Industrial Distribution

About the role

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control and industrial supply products. The Collections Specialist/Credit Analyst will manage collection communications, resolve payment discrepancies, and support the Accounts Receivable department for industrial distribution customers in Burbank, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls and correspondence in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Provide customer service on collection issues and help resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including calls, email correspondence, account adjustments, small balance write‑offs and reconciliations.
• Reduce delinquency balances for assigned accounts.
• Perform additional tasks to support the Accounts Receivable department.
• Coordinate with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process when needed.
• Communicate timely updates to the sales department regarding customer accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of computerized Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic across all units of measure.
