About the role

Are you interested in a co‑op opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in a six‑month paid internship at our Reedsville site. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands‑on experience working for a health‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Aids in managing a departmental support process that impacts Philips’ med‑tech products by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Supports day‑to‑day activities such as maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, and providing technical support.
• Conducts research on relevant topics, investigating trends, best practices, and competitive landscape as requested by the manager.
• Analyzes project data, identifies trends or anomalies, and delivers actionable recommendations.
• Participates in team meetings, contributes ideas, and captures detailed minutes of discussions and decisions.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent with MS Office software.
• Experience with statistics is a plus.
