Cloud DevOps SRE – Project Lead (Atlanta)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Cloud DevOps Site Reliability Engineer to lead projects within its Retail, Consumer Goods and Logistics unit in Atlanta. The role combines technical leadership on AWS‑based cloud platforms with project management responsibilities, acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams in advisory and consulting initiatives, focusing on domain‑specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and system configurations.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide proactive risk management, governance of project scope, and identification of additional project opportunities.
• Anticipate challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and balance project economics with strategic priorities.
