About the role
The Clinical Science Specialist (CSS) supports CooperSurgical’s testing solutions across North America. Working remotely, the CSS bridges the company and its customers, delivering clinical and technical education that drives adoption and revenue growth. The role focuses on the North American region and aligns with the company’s strategic growth plans.
Key responsibilities
- Engage internal teams and external customers to communicate the clinical benefits of CooperSurgical’s testing solutions.
- Provide technical education and support to facilitate adoption of tests.
- Highlight the clinical impact of innovative testing approaches to strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Contribute to achieving the organization’s revenue objectives within the North American market.
Required profile
- Strong ability to act as a liaison between the organization and customers.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Focus on driving product adoption and supporting revenue goals.
