About the role

The Clinical Research Regulatory Coordinator independently manages and coordinates all aspects of clinical trials for selected departments, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage research activities associated with clinical trials, including data management and study start‑up.
  • Maintain study compliance, oversee regulatory processes, and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate grant and budget development, and track special projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with study sponsors and seek continuing education opportunities.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of relevant clinical research experience, or 2 years with ACRP/SOCRA certification.
  • Strong critical‑thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel between facilities and work flexible schedules.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
  • Experience using computers, software, and web‑based applications for research management.
