Clinical Lead Therapist – Therapy Services

About the role

The Clinical Lead Therapist will serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational matters within Therapy Services, overseeing patient care and staff supervision at Kingman Healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services—including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions—for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise therapy staff and daily operations of the assigned area(s), ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Assist the Clinical Coordinator with quality management, process improvement, and program development initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits, contribute to cost‑effective care delivery, and support client relations and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Education: graduate of an approved four‑year bachelor’s program in Physical or Occupational Therapy, or a master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Experience: minimum two years of clinical experience with adult and geriatric populations.
• Licensure: current state license in the relevant discipline.
• Certifications: BLS certification; for Speech‑Language candidates, Certificate of Clinical Competency (or eligible).
