Client Support Worker Supervisor – Community Integration Home

About the role

We are seeking a Client Support Worker Supervisor to lead daily activities at the Community Integration Home in Augusta, Georgia. The role supports residents in developing personal, social, and vocational skills while ensuring a safe, high‑quality living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and monitor behavior, documenting observations and incidents.
• Provide training in personal, social, academic, and work‑related skills through one‑on‑one or group instruction.
• Coordinate medical appointments and arrange necessary health services.
• Develop and update individual service or treatment plans for each resident.
• Offer counseling on behavioral issues, decision‑making, and problem resolution.
• Perform housekeeping duties, meal planning, preparation (including special diets), and support families with nutrition.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and report changes to management.
• Drive state‑owned vehicles to transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Participate in case reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver educational group lectures as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work under general supervision in a residential setting.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with mental‑health professionals and residents.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Capacity to observe, assess, and record resident behavior and progress.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and errands.
