Client Solutions Manager - Technology Recruitment

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in East Memphis, Tennessee, to develop its own client base for full-time technology placement solutions. The role combines business development with ongoing client service for technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing full-time placement solutions through telephone, video and in-person meetings with key decision makers.
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community.
• Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and keep in touch with client companies and contract professionals on assignment.
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; a technology degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience or experience in a technology-related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated.
• Strong desire to build a career in business development using proven closing skills and client relationship building.

Required skills

• Combination of business development and account management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
