Client Solutions Manager (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in Philadelphia for its Marketing & Creative practice. You will develop your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions and place well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions, using your Marketing & Creative and/or recruiting background
• Market to Marketing & Creative by telephone, video and in-person meetings with clients and key decision makers
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community
• Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and keep ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing & Creative degree preferred
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or in a Marketing & Creative-related field preferred
• Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and client relationship building
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated

Required skills

• Combination of business development and account management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
