Client Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our onsite team in New York, NY. The role combines customer service, print production workflow management, and client communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, creative teams, and technical staff, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Provide prepress and digital print support, including proofreading client artwork and preparing files for production.
• Edit and optimize client files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate press checks, mock‑ups, revisions, and client approvals.
• Oversee project scheduling, workflow management, and production timelines to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day print shop operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment coordination.
• Support and maintain small‑format, large‑format printers, and plotters; perform finishing and bindery tasks as needed.
• Assist with conference room setup, client meetings, and onsite support services.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the printing industry (digital printing, prepress, or print production).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of color digital printing, print production processes, and bindery operations.
• Excellent customer service and client‑facing communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
