Client Manager - Security Services

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring a Client Manager in Riverside, California. You will build long-term client relationships and lead front-line employees who deliver security services across a designated portfolio, driving operational metrics and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front-line staff such as Security Officers, Field Supervisors and Operations Managers for small to medium-sized clients in your portfolio
• Use Allied Universal's AI technology, online reporting tools and Business Intelligence platform to track financial and operational metrics, optimize schedules, minimize non-billed overtime and support revenue growth and profitability
• Monitor client performance metrics including budget, accounts receivable, accounts payable and account health, aligned with EBITA targets
• Manage client relationships by addressing security needs, reducing risks, handling crises and implementing corrective action plans
• Maintain industry standards, company policies and regulatory requirements, and establish a safety culture through injury-prevention action plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field with at least 2 years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization, OR an Associate's degree with 3 years, OR a high school diploma with 5 years
• At least 2 years of experience driving operational goals
• Current driver's license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business
• Ability to manage a large, dispersed team and maintain a profitable book of business
• Preferred: law enforcement, military or security services experience, and experience with BI tools

Required skills

• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Interpretation of financial data, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication

• Salary of $73,000 to $79,568 per year
