Client Director – Consultative IT Sales

About the role

Arctiq is seeking an energetic and articulate Client Director to lead consultative selling of its comprehensive IT solutions portfolio. Based in Phoenix, you will drive sales and profitability across product, professional services, and managed services, while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and design tailored solutions.
• Present Arctiq’s offerings, highlighting features and benefits to both existing and prospective customers.
• Work with sales leadership on pricing, deal registration, rebates, and promotions.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, providing accurate forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and stay informed on their products and initiatives.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and respond to RFPs, managing contracts and leases for infrastructure, security, and platform engineering.
• Achieve monthly gross profit targets and quarterly sales quotas.

• Proven experience in consultative selling of IT products and services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain client and partner relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
