Client Coverage Associate – Investment Product Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Client Coverage Associate to join the Private Wealth Capital Solutions team of a leading global investment firm in New York. The role supports senior client coverage professionals across the U.S., building relationships with financial advisors and driving fundraising for private‑market strategies such as growth equity, climate, infrastructure and credit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors at private banks, wirehouses, RIAs and independent broker‑dealers.
• Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities through proactive outbound sales activities.
• Support regional client coverage teams by managing advisor pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM data.
• Deliver timely follow‑up and high‑quality service after meetings and presentations.
• Become a trusted resource on the firm’s private‑market investment strategies and fund structures.
• Coordinate advisor events, webinars, roadshows and educational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience selling investment products to financial advisors.
• Experience working with private banks, wirehouses, RIAs or independent broker‑dealers.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset and passion for business development.
• Progress towards CFA or CAIA qualification is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking sales activity.
