Class A Team Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join its Las Vegas service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, moving freight between service centers and turn‑point locations on a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers across assigned routes.
• Maintain a consistent 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA‑approved military transition).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Experience with double or triple trailer operations.
• Haz‑mat endorsement or experience hauling hazardous materials (preferred).
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop safely.
