Claims Process Consultant – Product Consultant 2

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Claims Process Consultant (Product Consultant 2) to join its Healthcare unit in Tempe, AZ. You will work on analyzing requirements, designing product features, and supporting implementation for Medicare Advantage and other payer‑related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements, document customer needs, and assess technical feasibility.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, create architectural designs, and develop prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop small features, ensure product scalability, and support integration with existing systems.
• Prepare implementation checklists, SOPs, user guides, and maintain documentation throughout the rollout.
• Participate in production issue analysis, log incidents, and coordinate resolutions with client and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Ability to work across all phases of the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining product quality.

Required skills

• Medicare Advantage claims processing and provider operations.
• CMS audit experience and HIPAA compliance.
• Knowledge of BPaaS/SaaS healthcare platforms and regulatory compliance standards.
