Civil Engineering Project Manager

About the role

You know how to lead projects, build client trust and keep teams moving in the right direction. Fehr Graham is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, act as a primary client contact, and identify opportunities to grow relationships and expand our work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports and technical documents.
• Identify opportunities to support current clients and develop new relationships.
• Provide technical guidance, quality reviews and mentorship to junior staff.
• Stay engaged with industry trends, professional organizations and client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure and project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
