About the role

Join a collaborative litigation team at an Am Law 200 civil defense firm, where mentorship and early responsibility are emphasized. You will work on high‑exposure cases for Fortune 500 clients, handling a variety of casualty matters.

Key responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and litigate matters from inception to resolution under senior attorney guidance.
• Handle diverse cases such as premises liability, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect, and commercial auto/trucking litigation, often involving catastrophic losses and multiple claimants.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of civil litigation experience with strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, research, and communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth.
