Cinema Manager

About the role

Elevate Entertainment Group is seeking a Cinema Manager to lead the daily operations of its theater venues. You will ensure smooth showtime scheduling, high‑quality guest experiences, and efficient management of staff and technical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish showtime schedules, optimizing theater space and programming.
• Manage usher and turn teams, maintaining excellent customer service and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee film setup and presentation, ensuring playlists and technical specifications are correctly uploaded and executed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing maintenance or technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the programming team on screenings and special events.
• Monitor box‑office sales and attendance, analyzing data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Implement company policies, safety, and security protocols.
• Maintain relationships with film distributors and industry partners.
• Stay current on industry trends to enhance the cinema experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Required state alcohol‑server and Manager ServSafe certification.
