About the role
Join the Georgia Department of Human Services as a Child Support Services Agent 2, supporting families by establishing and enforcing child support obligations in Elberton, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and enforce child support obligations of responsible parents.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
- Manage a caseload to monitor compliance and payment distribution.
- Coordinate child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
- Perform additional professional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established procedures.
