About the role

Parachute Health is a leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, transforming post‑acute care across the United States. As Chief Operating Officer, you will own the company’s operating system and ensure flawless delivery of multi‑product solutions while supporting rapid growth and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the company’s execution rhythm, including operating reviews, cross‑functional planning, and accountability systems.
• Drive execution against the company scorecard and KPIs, ensuring every team understands its targets and path.
• Break ties, clear blockers, and sequence initiatives across departments, owning the seams where execution can stall.
• Translate strategy into the annual operating plan and quarterly commitments in partnership with the CEO, CFO, and functional leaders.
• Partner with the Chief AI Officer to embed AI and automation throughout operating functions, aiming for flat or sub‑linear headcount growth.
• Own end‑to‑end customer implementations, delivery, client operations, and service quality.

Required profile

• Senior operations leader with a proven track record of scaling execution in fast‑growing technology or health‑care companies.
• Strong ability to orchestrate across functions, remove obstacles, and keep a scaling organization coherent.
• Comfortable working closely with the CEO, CFO, and other C‑suite leaders to translate strategy into operational results.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data‑driven scorecards and KPIs.
