Chief of Staff, Marketing

About the role

PragerU is seeking a high‑impact, service‑oriented leader to serve as Chief of Staff for the Marketing department. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will drive operational excellence, manage day‑to‑day workflows, and translate strategic vision into actionable priorities across brand, growth, and content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimize the CMO’s calendar and marketing/production schedules to align with campaign launches, content releases, and ROI‑focused strategies.
• Draft, proofread, and circulate high‑impact internal and external communications, including brand messaging, campaign announcements, and donor updates.
• Coordinate travel, conference appearances, off‑site strategy sessions, and marketing events in partnership with executive assistants.
• Partner with content, growth, and creative teams to streamline campaign workflows, expedite approvals, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences while strengthening onboarding for new marketing hires.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of senior‑level experience in high‑growth organizations (100+ employees, $50M+ revenue) and 10+ years overall professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive‑level messaging and board‑ready materials.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management capabilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic operator with sound judgment, low ego, and the ability to act independently while knowing when to elevate decisions.
• Deep alignment with PragerU’s mission and a clear understanding of the conservative digital media ecosystem.
