Chief of Staff

About the role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co‑Founder & CEO and multiply what the leadership team can get done. You will drive the operating cadence of the company and own cross‑functional projects such as launching new markets, helping the company move faster. This is a founding‑team role for an ambitious, hungry professional who wants a front‑row seat in building a health‑data company.

Key responsibilities

• Run the company operating cadence – all‑hands, board meetings, investor updates, and quarterly planning – using AI‑powered tools and automation.
• Own the metrics infrastructure, reporting the sales pipeline and data network to keep all numbers current and consistent.
• Drive end‑to‑end cross‑functional projects, including new market launches, strategic partnerships, off‑sites, and market research.
• Prepare the leadership team for high‑stakes meetings with customers, partners, and investors, and ensure follow‑through on commitments.
• Identify gaps in processes, fix them proactively, and prevent bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high‑growth startup, preferably with exposure to healthcare or life sciences.
• Insatiable appetite for learning and the ability to ask great questions.
• Exceptional written communication – turn discussions into crisp memos quickly.
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable building models or dashboards from scratch.
• Daily use of AI tools and ability to create automations that the team adopts.
• Ruthless organization, high judgment with sensitive information, and low ego with high ownership.
