About the role

We are seeking remote chat representatives to provide an exceptional shopping experience on titleist.com, mirroring the in‑store service with real, passionate people.

Key responsibilities

Engage customers via chat, sharing enthusiasm for Titleist golf equipment.
Navigate the Titleist website, compare products, and analyze competitor offerings.
Handle multiple chats efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

5+ years of golf experience and 2+ years of club‑fitting experience.
In‑depth knowledge of current and past Titleist products and familiarity with comparable brands.

Required skills

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with clear communication.
Strong product knowledge to assist golfers from enthusiast to professional level.

What we offer

1099 Independent Contractor position paying $20 per hour, paid weekly.
Fully remote work requiring a desktop or laptop with Chrome and a stable internet connection.
