About the role
The Channel Sales Support Agent is the operational backbone of our reseller sales motion, supporting both resellers and the partnership management team across the United States and Canada. You will be the go‑to person ensuring partners have everything they need to successfully sell and onboard our omnichannel solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with resellers and internal sales teams.
- Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance to partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers.
- Identify recurring problems and collaborate with management to implement lasting solutions.
- Deliver phone and face‑to‑face support when required.
- Maintain and update operational documentation and partner records.
