Change Management Consultant – Top Secret Clearance

About the role

The Clearing is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support a high‑profile, mission‑critical project for the Department of War. You will work on‑site in Arlington, VA, collaborating with technical experts, project leaders, and client stakeholders to drive organizational change and ensure successful adoption of collaboration and information‑management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high‑quality client‑facing deliverables.
• Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities such as interviews, working sessions, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate client meetings, capture knowledge, and contribute to solution design.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to assess readiness, address resistance, and promote change adoption.
• Create communications that support user understanding, engagement, and adoption.
• Support or lead research, data gathering, and analysis to inform client solutions.
• Participate in business development, networking, and proposal development.
• Assist with project financial management as needed.

Required profile

• Active Top Secret security clearance (or clearance active within the past two years).
• Willingness to work on‑site at the client location in Arlington, VA.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective client relationship and communication skills.
