Change Management Consultant

About the role

Aditi Consulting LLC is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead culture‑change initiatives and help client leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements. You will work closely with senior leadership to assess readiness, design change plans, and embed new capabilities across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee activities that drive cultural transformation and build change capability within workforces.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to project teams and senior leaders.
• Recommend and develop change plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and behavioral issues critical to successful roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading change management or organizational development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate readiness data and synthesize insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing senior stakeholders.
