Certified Nursing Assistant – PRN Skilled Nursing

About the role

Provide basic nursing care to patients under the direction of assigned leadership in Brendan House. This PRN (as‑needed) position offers flexible scheduling to support busy periods, employee absences, and vacations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and assist with basic patient care, including activities of daily living and vital sign assessments.
• Communicate patient status and any abnormal findings to leadership and appropriate stakeholders.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient privacy per Logan Health policies.
• Assist with inventory, room restocking, equipment safety, and compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.

Required skills

• CPR certification
• Home Health Aide certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
