Cellar Person – Production Role

About the role

The Cellar Person works under the Cellar Supervisor at Four Peaks Brewery, supporting daily cellar and brewhouse operations. This position ensures the brewery maintains high quality standards while keeping the work environment clean and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily fermentation vessel CIP and analytical sampling with record keeping.
• Monitor fermentation, handle yeast and hop dumps, and add cold‑side ingredients.
• Assist with brew‑day preparation, dry hopping, and finished‑beer transfers.
• Maintain general brewery cleanliness, including floors, piping, tank exteriors, and draft line cleaning.
• Lift up to 50 lb, push 200 lb, and operate forklift and scissor lift as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals such as caustics and acids.
• Flexibility to work required shifts, including hot, cold, and wet environments.
