CDL‑A Truck Driver – Linehaul (Home Daily)

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a CDL‑A Linehaul Driver to operate van and double trailers between service centers while returning home each night. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $36.64 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ and double trailers between R+L service centers or turn‑point locations.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and adhere to all DOT regulations while on the road.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years) and meet age requirements (23 or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience operating double trailers (preferred).
