About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Drivers for its Oxford, MA service center. Drivers pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations and return home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on linehaul routes between service centers.
• Complete daily trips and return home each evening.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.
