About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Driver to operate van or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations while returning home each day. The position offers a steady home‑daily schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Deliver freight on schedule while complying with safety and DOT regulations.
• Return home daily after completing the assigned linehaul route.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA‑approved military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Experience operating double trailers.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Knowledge of LTL freight handling.
