CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement for Senior Living Community

About the role

Belmont Village is seeking a reliable CDL driver with a Passenger Endorsement to transport residents safely within our newly built luxury senior living community. The role combines safe driving, local area knowledge, and hospitality to ensure each trip is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company‑owned cars and wheelchair‑accessible vans in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting vehicles, including the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift.
• Perform routine vehicle upkeep such as fueling, cleaning, and scheduling service appointments.
• Support resident activities and provide occasional receptionist or concierge assistance.
• Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude with reliable attendance.
