CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers to join a team‑driving operation. Teams are on the road five days a week and home for two, pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on scheduled routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule each week.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable combined Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with double/triple trailer operations.
