CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k per driver

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A team drivers to pull van or double trailers (up to 53') between service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams operate on a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule, earning $140,000‑$160,000 annually per driver.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer safely and efficiently.
• Transport freight on designated routes between service centers.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year verifiable experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian specifications).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and safety‑focused attitude.
