CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k-$160k, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a home‑weekly schedule, spending five days on the road and two days at home.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain a five‑day on‑road, two‑day home schedule each week.
• Operate all equipment safely and comply with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work safely at all times.

Required skills

• Tanker endorsement.
• Haz‑mat endorsement.
• LTL freight experience.
