CCM Architect

About the role

The Digital Experience (DX) unit at Infosys is seeking a CCM Architect to help clients transform their customer communication management capabilities. You will work on designing, integrating, and delivering scalable, secure, and personalized communication solutions that drive exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyze requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide solution architecture recommendations and contribute to the development of technology frameworks.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, performing comparative analyses to select optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Support knowledge transfer, quality standards, and automation of build and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Analyze system performance post‑implementation and identify potential risks.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
• Experience assessing multiple technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of integration methodologies, proof‑of‑concept validation, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent documentation skills for architectural frameworks and solutions.
• Proactive communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
