Java Full Stack Developer – Minneapolis

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Minneapolis team. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications that support end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in software design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the development team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and front‑end frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and ensure code quality.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support processes.
• Respond to production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage the full SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Experience turning complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
