Cargo Sales Executive – New York

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a dynamic Cargo Sales Executive to grow its presence in the New York market. You will be responsible for promoting SkyCargo services, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, promote and maintain Emirates SkyCargo business in the region to achieve market share and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with freight forwarders, consolidators, cargo agents and commercial accounts.
• Provide customers with up‑to‑date product information, brochures and timetables.
• Identify new export and import market segments through market analysis and sales leads.
• Deliver formal and informal commercial presentations to introduce SkyCargo logistics structures.
• Identify revenue streams in offline and feeder markets and execute strategies to secure business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend counter‑strategies.
• Coordinate with cargo operations and reservations to allocate space based on seasonal demand.
• Negotiate tariffs to maximize yield while minimizing cost.
• Handle customer complaints, restore confidence and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain sales call records, produce performance reports and set account credit limits.
• Promote customer interaction across all channels, including e‑commerce.

Required profile

• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent).
