Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Call Center Representative to join our inside‑sales team. In this position you will contact warm leads who have already expressed interest in our window and door solutions, and set up appointments for our expert sales staff. The role focuses on driving revenue by delivering a professional and enthusiastic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads via phone (no cold calling) to discuss window and door solutions.
• Communicate product benefits and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and notes in the CRM system.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Meet and exceed individual and team appointment‑setting goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage customers professionally.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
