Business Value Strategist – Pricing Team

About the role

We are looking for a Business Value Strategist to join our pricing team, partnering with sales and customers throughout complex enterprise sales cycles to develop value frameworks, build rigorous ROI models, and translate Sierra’s impact into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers to create customer‑specific value frameworks, ROI models, and investment cases grounded in operating and financial metrics.
• Create and scale repeatable, industry‑specific business cases while establishing Sierra’s business value framework from the ground up, staying hands‑on in modeling and analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in value engineering, monetization strategy, consulting, strategic finance, or a similar role.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with a proven track record of building rigorous ROI models and investment cases.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and customer stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
