About the role

Cape is building the most user‑friendly recruiting and HR platform to support its rapid growth as a privacy‑first mobile carrier. The Business Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to fill open positions quickly and efficiently, ensuring each hire aligns with Cape’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and design tailored full‑cycle hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, interview panels, and senior leadership.
• Source, screen, and present top talent using creative and data‑driven methods.
• Track recruiting metrics, benchmark performance, and identify process improvements.
• Provide a world‑class candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in fast‑growing tech or telecom environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple searches and move quickly in an explosive growth setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
